AELOS LLC ("AELOS," "we," "us") provides private advisory services to clients. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information, including mobile phone numbers used for text messaging.

Information we collect

We collect information that clients and prospective clients provide directly: name, email address, phone number, and information shared in the course of the advisory relationship. We do not collect information from visitors browsing this website.

How we use information

Information is used solely to deliver advisory services: scheduling and conducting sessions, tracking client goals and progress, and communicating with clients through the channels they choose.

SMS / text messaging

Consent: AELOS sends text messages only to clients who have provided their phone number and agreed to receive texts as part of the advisory relationship. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Content: Messages include session reminders, task and goal updates, scheduling, and direct communication with your advisor.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your preferences and activity.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply, per your carrier.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact carl@aelos.co.
No sharing: Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or any other purpose. Text messaging originator opt-in data will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate our services (such as messaging and email delivery providers), bound to use it solely on our behalf, or where required by law.

Security & retention

Client information is protected with industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest. Information is retained for as long as needed to provide services; clients may request export or deletion of their data at any time.
